The project is currently under construction and will feature a mixed-use building designed to accommodate two distinct yet complementary businesses. On the ground floor, Marrow Detroit Provisions will house a retail store, butcher shop, and a fully USDA-certified meat processing facility. Adjacent to the retail space, a bar will serve as a welcoming entry point. The bar will lead to the second-floor Marrow restaurant, offering an elevated dining experience within the vibrant Eastern Market district.
